WCDC Waldo County Woodshed & Potluck Event!
March 1, 2025 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Searsmont, ME 04973, USAIt’s time for our ANNUAL WOODSHED AND POTLUCK event!
The Woodshed Volunteer Work Morning is from 9:00am-noon. We gather to help split, stack, load and move wood that the Waldo County Woodshed offers this wood for free to Waldo County residents in need. Join us at the downtown Searsmont Industrial Park 22 Main Street, Searsmont.
The Cabin Fever Reliever Potluck is from 12:30 to 3:00pm. Following the morning at the Woodshed, we'll enjoy a potluck lunch at the Searsmont Community Building. This is open to all volunteers of the WCDC not just those attending the work morning. The Searsmont Community Building is at 37 Main St South, Searsmont
Either one or both! If you can make either or both events, contact Cheryl Cassidy, ccassidy@tidewater.net or (207) 542-4740 and let her know what you might bring to the potluck, so we can be sure of a good variety of dishes, and so we can anticipate how many workers will be volunteering at the Woodshed.
