Join us for our WCDC Volunteer Fair on Sunday, June 23 from 1pm – 3pm at the Varney Center in Brooks (24 Veterans Hwy). Connect with other concerned Democrats and friends, all looking for the best way to help us preserve our values and stop MAGA extremism. Meet our local candidates who are stepping up to fight for us. Find your best fit for simple actions that make a real difference. Learn new skills and discover new opportunities.
It will be a casual event. No big speeches. More of a meet and greet where you can have conversations and learn about ways to help. We’ll also have refreshments “from the fair” to keep your energy up – popcorn, homemade pie, and more. Yes, pie! Families are welcome and we’ll have an area just for kids, with games and other fun things to do.
Come on! Let’s go. Find all the ways you can turn your passion into action – for our great Democratic candidates, for the issues that move you, for saving democracy! Inspire us by showing up.
